How is Netcrawler internet billed?Netcrawler offers a prepaid internet service. This means that you’re billed one month ahead of your service period. The benefit to prepaid billing is that there are no contracts or credit checks. You can cancel your service at any time.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my Netcrawler internet?Initially, your order must be paid with a credit card, such as VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. A credit card on your account is required to validate your identity. Subsequent payments can be made by visa debit, gift card, or bank transfer.

What is the cost of cancelling your service?Netcrawler offers no-contract internet plans, which means you can choose to discontinue your services at any time. However, if you do choose to cancel, you'll be responsible for covering the return cost of sending back any Netcrawler equipment you may have. In order to initiate the return process, we do charge a $30 fee (plus taxes) to issue a return shipping label. Please be assured that any unused days of service will be credited back to you.

What is your credit policy?Netcrawler strives to provide excellent service, but internet disruptions can happen occasionally due to external factors such as cable damages. In such cases, we collaborate with our network partners' technicians to restore services promptly. If the service is not restored within 48 hours, we will credit your account as necessary.
