Why should I choose you over Rogers or Bell? While we don't want to brag, we take pride in the exceptional reviews we've received on Google, Reddit, and various other online platforms. Our customers consistently report a high level of satisfaction with our services, resulting in customer retention rates that surpass those of the average telecom industry. There are three reasons why you may consider supporting Netcrawler, an independent internet provider over a larger telecommunications company. However, if you don't have a working cable outlet in your residence, a technician's assistance will be necessary. Netcrawler sends customers certified Rogers technicians to install the cables in your home. In case drilling is necessary, you are required to obtain your landlord's permission before the technician drills any holes in your home. To obtain permission, please ask your landlord to complete this installation form.

Why did a technician install a temporary cable? If you encounter service problems and a technician identifies that the issue is with the buried line connected to your home, they will install a temporary line to ensure you get stable internet service. Once installed, you will then be placed on a priority waitlist to have your cable buried. The burial of the new cable is provided at no cost. The burial process typically takes a total of 6-8 weeks to complete.
