Yes. While most Netcrawler customers are able to self-install their equipment quickly and easily, we understand that some homes or units may require professional assistance. If your home is missing coaxial wiring, your cable outlet is not active, or the connection is not working as expected, Netcrawler can arrange a technician visit to get you set up.

Residential installation: $50 + tax
Commercial installation: up to $75 + tax
Do I Need a Technician?
Most customers do not require a technician. Self-installation is typically straightforward — simply connect the modem to your power outlet and cable outlet, then follow the activation steps provided. If you encounter any issues during setup, our support team is available to assist with troubleshooting and can schedule a professional installation visit if required.
