Do you offer static IP addresses?

Netcrawler offers static IP addresses on select plans. Whether a static IP is available depends on the type of internet service you have.

DSL Plans

Static IP addresses are available on Netcrawler's DSL plans. If you require a dedicated, fixed IP address for business use, remote access, hosting, or any other purpose, you can request a static IP when signing up or by contacting our support team.

Cable Plans

Cable internet plans at Netcrawler use dynamic IP addresses, which are assigned automatically and may change periodically. Static IPs are not currently available on cable plans. If a static IP is essential for your needs, we recommend considering a DSL plan.
