What are the start-up costs?

Getting started with Netcrawler is straightforward, and the upfront costs are minimal. In most cases, you will only be charged for two items:

1. Your first month of internet service — Your first month's plan fee is collected at sign-up to activate your service and secure your activation window.

2. A one-time $10–$15 shipping fee (only if equipment is shipped) — If a modem or router needs to be mailed to you, a flat shipping fee of $10–$15 will apply.

Example — 100 Mbps Essential Plan:
Monthly service: $39
Shipping (if applicable): $15
Total upfront: $54

Following the initial payment, your service continues at the standard monthly rate. Please note that any promotional pricing will revert to the regular rate at the end of the promotional period.
