Every Netcrawler plan has two prices: a promotional price for your first 12 months, and a regular Price Protected rate from month 13 onward. Both are shown up front when you order, so there are no surprises.
Your first 12 months
Your promotional price is fixed for the first 12 months. Your bill will not go up during that time.
From month 13
Your plan moves to its regular rate. For example, Work & Play goes from $43.95 to $52.95 a month. We send you a reminder before the change.
What Price Protected means
We keep your regular rate steady for as long as the Government of Canada and the CRTC keep wholesale access rates fair, so independent providers like Netcrawler can compete. We do not use the end of your promo as an excuse for yearly increases.
Why we can do this
Networks get cheaper to run over time. Newer equipment carries more traffic for less, and the cost of fibre and coaxial cables is spread over many years of service. When networks get more efficient, you should benefit too.
Is this a contract?
No. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty. You can cancel at any time. The only possible charge is a $30 plus tax return shipping fee for the router if you need a prepaid label.
