Netcrawler offers no-contract internet plans, which means you can choose to discontinue your services at any time. However, if you do choose to cancel, you'll be responsible for covering the return cost of sending back any Netcrawler equipment you may have. In order to initiate the return process, we do charge a $30 fee (plus taxes) to issue a return shipping label. Please be assured that any unused days of service will be credited back to you. 

Please note that local drop offs are not permitted. You are required to use the shipping label we provide. This enables us to track your package via our shipping carrier.
